Collection and use of your data
The scope and type of collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or make use of the services we offer.
In the event that we wish to use contracted service providers for individual components of our offer or use your data for advertising purposes, we inform you below in detail about these processes (all data processing). We also specify the determined criteria for the storage period.
For the informational use of our websites, we only collect the personal data automatically transmitted to us by your Internet browser, such as:

The above data is necessary to display our website and to ensure stability and security.
The storage of this data (logs) is anonymised and limited to 7 days!
When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide us (your e-mail address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us for the purpose of addressing your questions. We delete will delete this data when storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if legal obligations require its storage.
The websites and our e-mail systems are exclusively provided and administered by us. We do not use any other IT service providers for this purpose.
We process the data you have sent us in connection with your application to assess your suitability for the position (or any other open position in our company) and to carry out the application process.
How long is your data stored?
In the case of rejection, the applicant’s data will be deleted after 6 months.
If you have consented to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool.
There the data will be deleted after 2 years.
If you have been offered a position as part of the application process, your data will be transferred to our personnel information system.
Who will receive my data?
Your application (data) will be viewed by the personnel department upon receipt. Suitable applications will then be forwarded internally to the department heads or our affiliated companies when vacancies occur. The next step will then be determined. Only those persons in the entire Wesling Group who need your data for the proper course of our application process will have access to it.

A processing of your personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area does not take place, with the exception of the integrated Google Web Fonts (which involves the technically necessary transmission of your IP address).

We also use technical and organisational security measures to protect any incoming personal data or collected personal data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or attack by unauthorised persons.Our security measures are continuously undergoing improvements in line with technological developments.
The transmission of your personal data is encrypted using SSL technology (https) to prevent access by unauthorised third parties.
Communication by email
Our email system supports encrypted communication using SSL technology (TLS 1.2 incl. PFS). This allows for the encrypted transmission of your email correspondence. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee complete data security along the transmission path, as encryption will also depend on the configuration of your email program.
